Repair through Customization

With the KLINIK project, we imagine a new life for leather goods — repairing them while giving them a fresh design identity.

Using upcycled leather offcuts, we create playful, pre-made elements designed for reconditioning by both professionals and individuals — patches, splints, prosthetics — gathered into creative kits.
These components repair, reinforce, or transform an item — and sometimes even invent a new use for it.

Between repair and creation, each gesture becomes a way to extend the life of leather.
